Our Policy

Defects:
We offer free exchanges and refunds if there are any defects or quality issues that have occurred due to our fault.

Eligibility Period:
If a problem occurs or you want to process a return, please contact us within 30 days of the item's delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, select that option in the return portal to get an item of similar value or below. The remaining amount can be returned to you via credits or refund. Alternatively, you can return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at hello@Ace-Lux.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, and a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is received.
